Safety First!!
Students have been running on campus after the bell and almost knocking over others. Please walk and encourage others to do the same. Roller skates, skateboards, scooters, bikes etc ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMPUS

Month of the Military Child has kicked off with a decorated bulletin board in the cafeteria.  April 15 everyone wear purple. And wave at soldiers before school starts; mahalo to the soldier parents and those from our military partner the 25th HHBN for coming out to support the month of the military child.  Look for board made with student notes to be placed on F building next week.

Wed. April 20      Wear your School T Shirt every Wednesday to show your school spirit

Thurs. April 21     PTO bread pick up today. Bring your tickets to the front of cafeteria 1-6pm
                      Chaperone Training 1:30 – 2:00 in PCNC office in front corner of main office
                      Boxtop and Labels for Education pick up from classes

Fri. April 22        2nd grade Field Trip to Epic Earth Day

Sat. April 23       Campus Beautification 9am – 12 noon. Volunteers welcome to help. Water bottle donations gratefully accepted.


Community Events

April 15 – 24              Mary Poppins live in the Mililani High cafeteria. Tickets cost $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Centraltheatreartsacademy.org

Mon. April 18  Army hosts a Job Fair in Wahiawa at Leilehua Golf Course from 8am until 1pm. Dress to impress and potential employers will conduct job interviews on the spot. Some positions are listed on MWR’s website and include library technician and lifeguard as well as child and youth program assistant and more. To be considered for an interview, bring a resume and 2 professional references with contact information. Veterans need a DD214- and military spouses should bring spouse orders and current employees must have a SF50 or DA3434. Visit himwr.com or usajobs.gov and search ‘Hawaii’

April 20     Earth Day celebration at Kalakaua Community Center from 2pm – 5pm. Cool exhibits and fun activities for the entire family

April 22     Wahiawa Botanical Garden leads a free class in Basic Horticulture at 9am. Call 522-7066

April 22 – 23 Moon Walks at Waimea Valley offers guided moon walks at 8pm for $10.  Call 638-5864

Tuesdays at 10:30am at Mililani Library preschool storytime and crafts. 808-627-7474


Saturdays and Sundays Art at the Zoo fence from 9am – 4pm. Enjoy art along the outside fence of the Honolulu Zoo and meet the artists. Located on Monsarrat Ave. Free street parking and across street in lot at Kapiolani Park
