New Info about The Big Draw Friday, November 6 from 2:30-4:00
Artist Kobey Matsushige will show us how she makes her Pokemon art & help kids draw & paint in water color.

Learn how to make cartoon drawings, chalk art, flipbook drawings & more.  

Do you have these items to donate?  3x3 post its, 3x5 index cards, cleaned Styrofoam meat trays, chalk. Drop in Makerspace box in office. 

Costumes your child has worn this year and you don’t want to keep can be donated to kindergarten dress up collection in room I1.

                      4th Grade Field Trip to Chinatown & Hawaii Theater for Youth

Wed. Nov. 4           School is out at 1:10 on Wednesdays & Wear your school shirt

Thurs. Nov. 5       Club group pictures for JPO, Greeters, Student Council

Fri. Nov. 6          Make Up Picture Day & Retakes for those absent or new to the school. If you don’t like your pictures, bring back the package and have it retaken.
                      3rd Grade field trip for E4, O104 & ½ O103 to Pacific Aviation Museum
                      Big Draw afterschool for families in the cafeteria 2:30 – 4:00. Dress as a superhero or in your costume. Purchase Jamba Juice for $2.50 or Baked goods sold by the PTO. Explore Art techniques with your families. You can do it, encourage the try.

Fri. Oct. 30 Cosmic Halloween Bowling Bash at Schofield Barracks Bowling Center. Come dressed in your Halloween costume.  DJ and music from 8pm – 1am.  Prize Giveaways!

Sat. Oct. 31 Haleiwa Store Lots has a full day of events. Keiki Halloween Costume Contest from 1pm – 2pm with registration beginning at 11am and open to kids from age 1 to 13. Only open to first 50 kids to register. From 12 – 3 arts and crafts sessions. Costumed keiki can trick or treat at the shopping center from 10am – 6pm collecting candy from merchants. 66-111 Kamehameha Hwy call 585-1770

Dole Plantation Haunted activities from 7pm – 11pm. House of Nightmares live Haunted House and a Nightmare Express train ride. The latter will feature story teller Lopaka Kapanui sharing ‘hair-raising’ ghost stories. Dole Plantation cautions that the experience is not suited for children and those under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets cost $10 to ride the Nightmare Express or $13. to enter the House of Nightmares.  Dole-plantation.com
