Fri. Oct. 23        Twin Day to celebrate 10,000 Boxtops turned in this year so far.  Talk to your friends and match your clothes to dress like a twin today. (Within school dress code)

Mon. Oct. 26 – Fri. Oct. 30 School is out at 12:30 all week for Parent Teacher conferences

Mon. Oct. 26        Chaperone Training in PCNC corner of front office from 8:00am – 8:30am

Tues. Oct. 27      PTO General Membership Meeting in the cafeteria at 8:15am

Wed. Oct. 28      School is out at 12:30 every day this week

Thurs. Oct. 29     Kindergarten and Preschool field trip to Aloun farms to pick pumpkins
                   Dominos fundraiser- Order from the Dominos on post all day and we get $$

Sat. Oct. 24          Halloween Fun Fest at Wahiawa Shopping Center and town center from 10am – 2pm.  Mad Science magic show at 10:30, games, slime booths, and crafts. Costume contest at noon for ages 10 and under. 808-221-2774

Sat. Oct. 24          Wahiawa Lions will hold a clothing and canned food drive from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Wahiawa Shopping Center in front of Longs to benefit needy families in the Wahiawa area.  Monetary donations will also be accepted.
All kinds of clothing will be accepted. Canned foods especially needed are tuna, meats, and baked beans, as well as vegetables and fruits.

Sun. Oct. 25         KidsFest at Bishop Museum from 10am – 2pm. Promotes healthy active lifestyles, exercise and nutrition and prevention of injuries. A free fun family event for residents and military with ID.  808-522-3469

Dole Plantation Haunted activities from 7pm – 11pm. House of Nightmares live Haunted House and a Nightmare Express train ride. The latter will feature story teller Lopaka Kapanui sharing ‘hair-raising’ ghost stories. Dole Plantation cautions that the experience is not suited for children and those under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets cost $10 to ride the Nightmare Express or $13. to enter the House of Nightmares.  Dole-plantation.com

Wed. Oct. 28      Obake Tales at Mililani Library at 3pm. Actor and storyteller Dann Seki shares Okake and other ghostly tales from Japan, Hawaii and elsewhere. 808-627-7470


Fri. Oct. 30 Cosmic Halloween Bowling Bash at Schofield Barracks Bowling center. Come dressed in your Halloween costume.  DJ and music from 8pm – 1am.  Prize Giveaways!
