Water Play Day is Thursday, May 22. Thanks to 2 parents that turned in blue papers that they could fill water balloons. Please we need more parent help with filling balloons. If you can help fill water balloons turn in blue paper or email Ellen_Petry@notes.k12.hi.us I am including when classes are coming out to Water Play Day because 2^nd and 3^rd grade switched times.

FREE Books:  Due to the upcoming construction of a new library, our library’s books are being inventoried and packed and continue to be discarded. Stop by and check out the carts outside the library. Help yourself to books to add to your home library. Stop by often as more books continue to be added to the carts

2^nd & 4^th Saturday of the month International Folk Dancing. Enjoy music and learn dances from around the world 7pm – 9pm at the Atherton YMCA – 1810 University Ave in Honolulu. www.facebook.com/site/mandalafolkdance suggested donation $5.00 for adults, children are free

              Come to make Creative Crafts on May 15 from 2:10 pm – 3:30pm. Families can make various crafts left from different events. Create your own Rainbow fish, painted butterflies, caterpillar clips. Explore techniques with paper art projects & make a mask. Snacks will be served.

Fri. May 16         Kindergarten field trip to Polynesian Cultural Center

                      Talent Show in the cafeteria 5:00pm – 6:30pm
