FREE Books:  Due to the upcoming construction of a new library, our library’s books are being inventoried and packed and continue to be discarded. Stop by and check out the carts outside the library. Help yourself to books to add to your home library. Stop by often as more books continue to be added to the carts.

National Teacher Appreciation week May 5 – 9 – Show your appreciation to your teachers.

39^th Annual Pineapple 10K Run is set for 7am on May 17 with free pineapples and prizes at the finish line. Fee is $40 now or $50 after May 8 at active.com or email the pineapplerun@gmail.com  The race starts and ends at Ka’ala Elementary school with a run through the Wahiawa hills and surrounding pineapple fields in between.

Pi-bot Robotics Academy for girls entering 6^th grade – 8^th grade. This is a 5 day robotics workshop taught by student members of the Kalani Robotics team during the summer July 14 – 18 from 12:30 – 3:30 at the Kalani High School Library. Kalanirobotics.com
