ACS offers Home Alone Safety interactive workshop to
provide children with tools to make responsible decisions as they prepare to
stay home alone. Open to 9 and 10 year olds. March 19 at the Kalakaua Community
Center 9am – 3pm. Must sign up with ACS prior to attending
Honolulu 5K for kids is on Sunday April 28. This race
is 3.1 miles, starting and ending at the Frank Fasi civic center in Honolulu.
Proceeds from this race go back to the schools to help fund PE programs. Enter

Department of Land and Natural Resources, Hunter's Education Program will be presenting a special, FREE, 2 Day Hunter's Ed Class at Leilehua High School on April 5 (Friday 5:45-10pm) and April 6 (7:45am-5pm). Participants must be at least 10 years old, commit to both days and pass a test at the end to receive their license.
