Thank you for making our Book Fair a
HUGE success. We saw many happy children with books in their hands and
all classrooms received books! Mahalo to the parent volunteers who worked
the book fair, created bulletin board displays and another special thanks to
Ashley Simonton for painting the photo op shark for our family
event. Thank you for opening a world of possible and putting books
in our kids' hands!
We celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday
during Read Across America week March 2-6. As a special treat, soldiers
from our military partnership will read to classrooms. Visit the library
website http://halekula library.weebly.com to see pictures of
Read Across America Events from previous years and check back soon to see
pictures from this school year.
