Bus Payment: 
Quarter 4 bus riders who pay quarterly, please submit payment to the office.

 Aloha Hale Kula Parents & Guardians, The Spring pictures taken by Lifetouch March 11 and 12 have arrived and have been sent home with your children.   If you do not wish to purchase the pictures, please return them to Hale Kula office at your earliest convenience.  If you do wish to purchase the pictures, there is an envelope in the picture packet that explains the costs - please return your payment in that envelope.  Lifetouch will be coming to the school periodically over the next 2 weeks to collect pictures &/or payments.  Thank you, Agnes Leinau, Vice Principal
New Online Resource!

       The library has purchased a great new online resource perfect for K-5:  PebbleGo!  http://bit.ly/hkesPGo  Students will love the science links where they can learn more about animals, habitats, earth and space.  They'll also learn more about the world & culture via the social studies tab where they can explore topics like holidays, money, U.S. Government, maps, long ago & today, the environment and more.  Remember we have many online resources for our Hale Kula students and families via the library website online resources page.  All resources have the same username and password:  un=halekula pw=eagles

Fri. March 28      Chaperone Training in P14 at 8:00am

Sat. March 29      Festival of Fun with Wahiawa’s young music artists from 10am – 2pm. Wahiawa Shopping Center in Longs Drugs parking lot. Performances by Wahiawa Middle Chorus and Jazz Band (separately), Leilehua Band, Iliahi Ukulele Club and more.

Sat. March 29      Crazy Carnival at Mililani Town Center. 11am – 2pm. Magic show, clowns, Lion dance and more.

Sat. March 29      Rummage Sale at Wahiawa United Methodist Church (right before Leilehua) 8am – 1pm

Sat. Sun. March 28 & 29 Hawaii Robotics Regional Competition at University of Hawaii, Stan Sheriff Center from 8:30 – 4:30 FREE.43 robotic teams from local and international high schools competing for the chance to participate in the World Championships

Mon. March 31     School Community Council meeting at 3pm in the library

Tues. April 1        Chaperone Training in P14 at 8:00am

Wed. April 2       Wear your Hale Kula T shirt every Wednesday.
                      Wait in the café until 1:05 – when picking up your children

Thurs. April 3      Breakfast with my Soldier for these classes only B2, B3, B4, G1

Fri. April 4         Kindergarten field trip to Hawaii Theater for Youth

                      Solomon Elementary School Carnival 2:30 – 5:00pm tickets 50 cents each. Games, Bouncers, races, dunk booth, face painting, pie throwing booth, food for purchase solomontcc@yahoo.com

Sat. April 5         Yard Sale Mania on Schofield

Sat. April 5         Kendama Tournament at Praise Chapel – 1203 Whitmore Ave across from the park. Registration 10am Fee: $4.00. tournament starts @noon. 753-8314
