difference at Hale Kula next year. PTO is accepting nominations for Board
positions until April 13. Just fill out nomination form and put in their box in
office. It’s OK to nominate yourself. Everyone nominated will be contacted to
confirm and then slate for ballot will be published.
Month of the Military Child has
kicked off with a decorated bulletin board in the cafeteria. Most students in the school wrote their name
on a purple letter and together they form a great message. Check it out.

Bishop Museum. Free entry when you
pre-register online. 40 game and education booths, sports clinics, obstacle
courses, keiki ID, environmental activities. Yummy food and snacks and

Sun. April 10 Wahiawa Lions Club hosts annual
breakfast fundraiser at Ka’ala Elementary School from 7am – 11am. Breakfast
costs $6. And you can purchase ticket at the door. Enjoy scrambled eggs, pineapple
chunks, sausages, rice and banana bread. Entertainment provided by Kanani
Oliveira hula studio. Proceeds support scholarships for Leilehua High School
grads as well as annual Veterans Day Parade. 621-0852
Sun. April 10 Hawaii Polo Club kicks off its 2016
season in Mokuleia. The day will feature a special program to honor the founder
of the club. Paniolo music and a barbecue will follow the game. Hawaii Polo Club matches will continue every
Sunday through Sept. 4. Gates open at
11am and matches begin at 2pm. Admission is $12. or $10 for military members.
