Hale Kula Elementary communicates student meal account information
with families through white, blue, or yellow slips of papers that are sent home
with students.
Slips are typically handed out the day after the print date on the
top of the slip.
WHITE slips of paper are a receipt for payment.
BLUE slips of paper indicate that there
are 3 meals remaining on your child's account, time to make a payment!
*You will receive a
blue slip every day until a deposit is made.
YELLOW slips of paper indicate a NEGATIVE balance. We are not permitted to carry
negative balances on meal accounts.
Please send your
child to school with a deposit or pack a home lunch.
*You will receive a
yellow slip and phone call / email every day until a deposit is made.
