The Hale Kula Elementary school office would like to send
out a BIG MAHALO to our Hale Kula students, parents, and staff for helping us
make this year's State of Hawaii, Department of Education Food Drive a HUGE
success! The school collected 606 food
items, weighing in at 600 lbs, to help stock the Hawaii Food Bank shelves!! Along with food items, we received monetary donations
totalling $100. Thank you everyone for supporting this extremely worthwhile
cause to help those less fortunate than ourselves.
Water Play Day is Thursday, May 22. Make sure your child
wears bathing suit to school (with clothes over) Bring a change of clothes with
underwear. Bring water bottle to the field.
