The bears have arrived

Your Student is coming home today with our Great American Fund-raiser packet. Last year this fund-raiser earned over $6000 for our school. Not to mention the fun we have with all the bears!  Your child will be talking about earning the 'bling" bear and even blow up shoes...to earn this we need them to turn in the Reach Out booklet inside their fund-raiser packet by TOMORROW.

Our fund-raiser closes September 17th. You can order from the catalog and even online at http://gaschoolstore.com/3267671

So share this link with your family and friends everywhere!
Each time your family sells something make sure to turn in a ticket from your packet so your child will earn their bears!

More information will follow. Please let us know if you have any questions.
You can email halekulapto@gmail.com or find us on facebook at www.facebook.com/halekulapto

Nominate Someone for the Staff or Volunteer of the Quarter Award!

Is there a Hale Kula staff member or volunteer who is making a difference for your child or your family?  Is there a special person who goes out of his/her way to do something extra for the school? Do you want to appreciate someone who makes your child or you feel special with just a friendly smile or a high-five?

If so, share what this person has done to deserve the "Hooray for Our Hale Kula Staff!" or "Hooray for Our Volunteers!" award for the first quarter of this school year!  It's easy.  Go to http://hoorayforhalekulastaff.blogspot.com/ or http://hoorayforvolunteers.blogspot.com.  Just click on "Comments" and type in why you are nominating this staff member or volunteer.  Your comment will be approved, and it'll be posted for all to see.

Those who are nominated are truly appreciative and humbled that they are being recognized so don't be shy.  Oh, and thanks to the Hale Kula PTO, one staff member and one volunteer will be randomly picked each quarter to receive a $50 gift card.  Thank you, PTO!

Nominate someone today!
